Common questions

What is the latest version of LoroNote?

Version 3.6.5, released July 13, 2026. It added on-device speaker identification: LoroNote detects who is speaking, labels each part of the transcript, and lets you rename speakers or reassign any segment by hand.

How do I update LoroNote?

Through the App Store like any other app — open the App Store, go to your account, and update LoroNote, or turn on automatic updates. Updates never change where transcription happens: it stays on the device.

Why does this changelog not go back to version 1.0?

Apple's public App Store API only exposes the release notes of the version currently on sale, so earlier notes are not retrievable once a newer build ships. Entries here are taken from the live listing at release time rather than reconstructed after the fact.
