LoroNote 이용약관 / Terms of Service

본 약관은 주식회사 리치소프트(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 LoroNote(이하 “앱”)의 사용 조건을 규정합니다.
These Terms of Service govern the use of LoroNote (“the App”), provided by RichSoft Inc. (“the Company”).

1. 서비스 개요 / Introduction

• LoroNote는 음성을 텍스트로 변환하고 기록을 관리할 수 있는 모바일 애플리케이션입니다.
• The App provides speech-to-text transcription and note management features on mobile devices.
• 본 앱은 아동용 서비스가 아닙니다.
• This App is not intended for use by children.

2. 이용 조건 / Eligibility & Usage

• 별도의 회원가입은 필요하지 않으며, iCloud 계정을 통해 데이터가 동기화될 수 있습니다.
• No separate account is required; data may be synchronized through the user’s iCloud account.

3. 구매 및 결제 / Purchases & Subscriptions

• 앱은 인앱결제(IAP) 및 구독 서비스를 포함할 수 있습니다.
• 모든 결제 및 환불은 Apple App Store 정책을 따릅니다.
• 사용자는 iOS 설정에서 구독을 직접 관리 및 해지할 수 있습니다.
• The App may offer in-app purchases (IAP) and subscriptions.
• All payments and refunds follow Apple App Store policies.
• Users can manage and cancel subscriptions through iOS settings.

4. 사용자 의무 / User Responsibilities

• 사용자는 본 앱을 불법적이거나 부적절한 목적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
• 저작권, 초상권 등 제3자의 권리를 침해해서는 안 됩니다.
• Users must not use the App for unlawful or inappropriate purposes.
• Users must not infringe upon third-party rights including copyright and publicity rights.

5. 지적 재산권 / Intellectual Property

• 앱의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 기능에 대한 권리는 회사에 귀속됩니다.
• 사용자가 앱을 통해 생성한 녹음 및 전사 텍스트 등의 콘텐츠는 사용자 본인에게 귀속됩니다.
• 사용자는 합법적인 범위 내에서 앱을 자유롭게 이용할 수 있으며, 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
• All rights to the App, including its software, design, and features, belong to the Company.
• Any content created by the user through the App, such as recordings and transcriptions, remains the property of the user.
• Users may use the App freely within legal boundaries and must not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

6. 책임의 제한 / Limitation of Liability

• 회사는 앱 사용 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 데이터 손실, 전사 오류, 기기 문제 등에 대해 책임을 지지 않으며, 단 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 경우는 예외로 합니다.
• The Company is not liable for data loss, transcription errors, or device issues arising from the use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
• 본 앱은 “있는 그대로(as-is)” 제공됩니다.
• The App is provided on an “as-is” basis.

7. 서비스 변경 및 종료 / Modification & Termination

• 회사는 필요 시 사전 고지 후 앱의 기능을 수정하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
• The Company may modify or discontinue the App’s features with prior notice when necessary.

8. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결 / Governing Law

• 본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.
• 분쟁 발생 시 관할 법원은 대한민국 법원을 따릅니다.
• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Korea.

9. Apple Standard EULA

• 본 앱은 Apple App Store를 통해 제공되며, Apple의 Standard EULA가 적용됩니다.
• This App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple’s Standard EULA.
